Due to the personalised nature of many of our items, our return policy differs depending on the product type.
📦 Physical Products (Printed Materials & Stickers)
Includes:
Custom Round, Rectangle & Square Stickers
Printed Posters, Flyers & Brochures
Returns
Custom-made or personalised items are on-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence of damage is required.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If we have made an error (wrong design, incorrect size, printing defect):
We will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of printed products, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once production has begun.

Refund Policy
Digital services are on-refundable once work has commenced.
If a cancellation request is made before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
If work has started but not completed, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
Revisions
Minor revisions may be included depending on the service agreed.
Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
